Timesheet is software that simplifies human resource management tasks like never before. It automates employee management, workflow management, leave management, time tracking, productivity monitoring, performance management, and more. Before starting to use Timesheet software, please read the following terms and conditions. Using the software means understanding and agreeing to these terms and conditions. Please don’t proceed with the Timesheet if you disagree with our terms and conditions.

Accessing Timesheet
To access the Timesheet and its features, a business should pay the premium amount; and is licensed for use only under these Terms. (hereinafter, the entity that has the license to access the Timesheet will be mentioned as “You”/ “Your”).
You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublease the Service, and you’re not allowed for unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, publication, or alteration.
TimeSheet should be accessed on company-owned machines by logging in using their corporate mail IDs. “Timesheet,” HRMS, has three major modules:
- My Time Sheet,
- Time Tracker, and
- My Nest.
My Time Sheet can be accessed for employees, workflow, and leave management.
My Nest can be a centralised platform for your employees to get information, self-services, and digital space to raise tickets for their complaints.
Time Tracker is the go-to point for checking your employees' work timing, productivity chart, and overall Timesheet report.
The premium amount does not include taxes, levies, duties, or any other form of governmental assessment; you will be accountable for the payment of all applicable taxes. Timesheet reserves the right to modify the premium amount for the product.
User Responsibilities
Appropriate Usage:
Employees of the company who use the Timesheet module for automated HR management (hereinafter referred to as “User” or “Users”) are required to access and utilize Timesheet exclusively on company-owned devices. The product is intended for business use only and should be accessed on company-owned devices by logging in using corporate credentials. Unauthorized access, reproduction, distribution, publication, or alteration of the product is strictly prohibited. You agree not to rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublease the product or any part of it.
Permitted Use: Timesheet must be used strictly for tracking work-related activities, evaluating performance, and monitoring employee productivity in alignment with company policies and objectives.
Prohibited Use: The product may not be used for any unlawful activities, unauthorized disclosures, or purposes that violate company policies. This includes accessing non-work-related websites, installing unauthorized software, or using company devices for personal business interests.
Compliance with Company Policies:
You are required to comply with all company guidelines, internal standards, and applicable laws while using Timesheet. Your activities on monitored devices are subject to review to ensure adherence to these policies. Any violation of these Terms or failure to comply with company standards may result in immediate suspension of access and further disciplinary action.
User Restrictions:
You must not:
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Service.
- Use the product to distribute any malicious software or engage in activities that could harm the company network or other users.
- Attempt to access areas of the product or company network for which You do not have authorization.
Reporting Obligations:
You are encouraged to promptly report any anomalies, unauthorized access attempts, or breaches of security related to the use of Timesheet. Any misuse of the product or suspicious activities should be reported to the IT department or designated company personnel without delay.
Acceptance of Monitoring:
By using Timesheet, You acknowledge that your activities on company-owned devices, as well as on personal devices used for company purposes, are subject to monitoring. Monitoring includes, but is not limited to, tracking screen time, capturing screenshots, logging device activity, and recording work-related interactions. If You do not consent to such monitoring, You should refrain from using the Service.
Device & Data Usage
Monitored Activities:
Timesheet collects data on work-related activities such as screen time, time logs, device usage patterns, and interactions within the Timesheet modules. The collected data will be used solely for performance analysis, productivity management, and compliance with company regulations. For further information about data collection and processing, please refer to the privacy policy.
Device Coverage:
Monitoring will be limited to company-owned devices. Personal devices used for work purposes may also be subject to monitoring based on company policy. The company only monitors personal activities on personal devices if they are used for work-related tasks.
Limitations of Liability:
The company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, personal inconvenience, or reputational impact.
Termination of Access
Your access to the product may be terminated under the following conditions:
- Violation of these Terms or any company policy.
- Unauthorized use of the product or attempts to disrupt its functionality.
- Termination of employment or contractual agreement with the company.
- Upon termination, You must cease using the product immediately and comply with any additional company requirements for discontinuing access.
Amendments to Terms
The company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Your continued use of the product following such modifications signifies Your acceptance of the revised Terms.
